Good radio headset

Any recommendations on good headsets/earpieces for handheld radios? I tried a buddy's earpiece the other day and the earpiece worked fine but the mic added a lot of static sometimes from the wind I believe.

I would rather have a one ear headset with a boom mic. If there is a radio headset combo that is fine. I don't have radios yet. The radios can be basic. 500 yard range is plenty.
