I’m trying to find a lightweight pair of camouflage pants that are not swishy. I’m hiking in a lot of 65-80 degree temp ranges. I’ve tried the Badlands Algus pants, but they sound like wind breakers. I’ve found some quieter pants but they were super hot and not as flexible. I want something as close to fleece silent as I can get.

any advice? Thanks!

I really like the Kuiu Tiburon pants for hot weather. They worked wonders in the Namibian summer this year where it would frequently go from 60 at first light to 90 by 10am. They aren’t as durable as something like the attack if you’re stalking through thorns but they are much more breathable.

Edit: I should point out that they aren’t cheap. I don’t know what your budget is but I’m sure they have some other quiet hot weather pants that aren’t as pricey should that be a concern.

I don’t have a ton of experience with different pant options, but I have Sitka Apex pants and they are perfect for what you described. Very quiet

I like the Sitka ascent and FL corrugate guide pants. I prefer the guide over the ascent. It’s a little thicker. I feel the ascent is awesome, but a little too thin. You’ll feel very stick or brush. I’ve heard good things about the Sitka apex, but never tried it.

Sitka Apex are quiet. Just got them in October but they seem like they will be great for warm weather.

Kuiu tiburon and the new Kryptek sonora would be my top 2. I put a lot of emphasis on the hot weather clothing as my deer season starts mid July and is regularly 100 degrees.
