Please do not take this post the wrong way, as I have a very large amount of Sitka gear and love all of it.. BUT... I am having issues for some reason with the Zippers on my Sitka Cold Weather Hoodies, and Jetstream Jacket.
I have 2 Cold Weather Hoodies and 1 Jetstream. All 3 of them have had the zippers start separating at the mid point. It is not due to being too tight of a fit as I ordered them 1 size larger so I could layer up underneath them. I have kept the zippers clean and dirt dust free for the most part. When I zip it all the way up, it eventually pops in the middle. I have to be patient and work the zipper back down and restart it. It zips fine, but will eventually separate again. Will Sitka repair this, or am I just screwed. If you have had a similar problem, and somehow repaired or found a solution, please let me know.
Thanks for listening.

You're not the only one... I have a Kelvin and a 90% jacket that like to un-zip themselves from the bottom up.. :(

This has been a long standing issue with Sitka. When I was on their guide program they were awesome about warranty, but that was quite a few years ago. hope they’re still treating customers the same, should for the price tag. That being said, I haven’t bought Sitka in quite a few years, I’ve had almost no issues with kuiu or SG and both of them have insanely good customer service.

I have same problem with a jacket. Spent a bunch of time finally got it zipped treat it like a hoody now. I've sent several things in on kuiu warranty to a repair company. Kuiu is awesome about it. Hopefully someone chimes in. I bought it at scheels thought about returning it but they don't make the coat anymore???

I sent a jacket back under warranty last year for this problem. Easy process and they replaced the zipper. Have another jacket doing the same this year and will do the same when the season is over.

Went ahead and started the repair process on zipper fault. It was quite easy if you have any questions email sitka they are quick to get back. They send a pre-paid fed ex label just print and ship. I had some difficulty printing the label. Their is no hyper link to print it. Just need to click on words print label. Good luck
