I don't put too much stock into the accuracy of the recovery data that garmin watches give you, but i am curious why mine is always low. Even when not consuming alcohol for extended periods, it does not improve. I probably average 7.5 hours of sleep during the week and try to get close to 10 on weekends. It does not seem to make a difference. I don't feel like I'm about to drop dead, as it suggest.
