Make sure whatever you buy has inflatable tires versus solid...
In the cactus country of eastern Montana, the solid tires won't go flat like inflatable tires do...

I've made and used several different types of game carriers. I do most of my hunting solo, so the first carrier that I built was like an Indian travois...2 handles in front to pull it, a steel frame basket in the center big enough to carry a whole deer, and a bycicle wheel in the back.

The one wheel makes it good going sidehill and around rocks or sagebrush, but the person puiiing it supports half of the weight.

Next I bought this one from Cabela's. All of the weight of the animal is on the wheels and it is good on even ground and the solid tires don't go flat with cactus thorns, but the tires are wider apart than most game trails, and it is tippy on sidehillls.

I then built this one. It's very heavy because I used thicker steel than I needed to. It has 2 sets of removable handles. It works good on sidehills and narrow trails. I made it with 2 wheels thinking that would be good crossing down logs. The weight is high and it is tippy with one person. It would work much better with 2 people. I put a bicycle kick stand on one side. It also has solid tires.

I later took one of the wheels off and moved the other one to the center of the cart, much lide this one:
