Game Bags

T.A.G. bags all the way for me. I use the 60" ones for the quarters for sure. Pieces and parts bags can be 60" as well or a size smaller, but I try not to pack those big ones too full...they can get crazy heavy if I do. I do like having several smaller-sized bags for keeping the backstrap and tenderloins separate, as well as separate for heart and liver...

Found this from 7 years ago for more info.....

I used Koola Buck moose size for my shiras cow moose hunt a couple of years ago. They are only single use but worked very well.

I bought these heavy canvas moose game bags 15 years ago. Still going strong
But I don’t think they make them anymore

I have the caribou gear moose set and the argali moose set. The caribou set has been great but the argali set is ~ 1/2 the weight.

there is chance some will use different ones and what is important is what is working for you. never had an issue with allen bags even if not liked too much here ...

I have a menagerie of game bags but I'm pretty sure none big enough for moose. What did you guys use and like?

I have used TAG and Caribou bags and they worked great. I tried the Born and Raised ones and they are outstanding and are my favorite.
