Full Length Bushing Dies

I use the SAC for my 7PRC.
I may add their decapping mandrel as well, makes the entire process a single stroke operation.
I would get a set of Redding competition shell holders too; you only get 3 of the SAC .001 washers. The shell holders in the set are in .002 increments.

This is probably the answer, I think SAC would get the most votes for high level shooters using that type of die.

The die that sizes all aspects of the case appropriately relative to fired brass in your chamber. Alex Wheeler has a YouTube video.
I can say Redding have not been good for WSM/PRC type cases that can have a base sizing issue.
Wilson have been good for those type of cases.
Micron generally sizes the base pretty tight.
Cortina also makes a base sizing die if that is a problem spot with the chosen die.

I do like the SAC bushings and go one size smaller than my measurements indicate

I am sure SAC and Cortina bushing dies are phenomenal.

I am a big Redding fan but my Redding Type S die was not very good with my 6.5 PRC, but the Forster FL bushing die was outstanding.

Saying all of that, unless you're shooting some benchrest variation (including fclass aka belly benchrest) I'm not sure you'd ever shoot the difference between those with a hunting or PRS/NRL rig. The biggest factor in those games is being able to build a solid shooting platform.
