Item is in very good condition. The only flaw I could find is one small burn that I didn't even know was there until I just looked it over. I guess it came from an ember out of a campfire as I'm a non-smoker. This is a size large in Realtree AP camo. It fits my 8X42 Vortex Viper HD's perfectly.
