It has been setup 3 times in 4 years for a total of 8 days. Initial setup took 30 minutes by myself, last time was able to get it done in 20 minutes, 2 people could probably do it in 10-15. It has never been wet, cooked in, no smells, no stains, no mold, stored in garage. Package includes tent, frame (poles and angles), "The Ridge" wood burning stove with warming tray and hot water tank, stove pipe, stakes, original canvas storage bags, and tied in guys lines. I hate to let it go, but with the kids and lack of use it makes the most sense.
