Does anyone else have frequent issues with light strikes in any of the Frontier line 5.56 ammo? Only have ~350 rounds down the tube of my new Tikka 223 and I've had 6 light strikes on the Frontier stuff. No issues so far from any of the factory ELDM or ADI stuff, but it's been both the 68 and now 75's that this has happened. On all but 2 of them they have gone bang when cycled a second time.

I want to say that it's the ammo and not the rifle since it's only been the one brand that's had issues but also realize I'm dealing with a small sample size. Probably shot ~80 ELDM's and the rest is split roughly 50/50 ADI/Frontier. Thoughts?

Yes. Just shoot them again. Hard military primers.

Edit - this is pretty common with my Tikka and that particular ammo.

10-4. Built in dummy rounds for checking myself on flinching...it's a feature, not a bug lol

Fwiw I have shot a lot of the frontier 223 68g jhp match stuff through a bolt gun. Haven't had a light strike. Guessing they use the softer primers in the 223 chambering.
