Cameo In Western Colorado. I shoot on the loud side all the time, and usually shoot the bow in my backyard. Decided to hit the archery side to sight in my new bow sight.
The trophy ridge react sight works well and I like it a lot more than my old 4 pin, this one is right on to 50.

that gator had lots of arrow bits laying about. No soft backstops here.

I flubbed one shot. Looked like lots did too.

Course looks like an arrow wrecker!
Yeah I will pack an old arrow tube next time to pick up after the slobs. I left my insert in that cedar rather than butcher it.
This will be great training for September, and I better get a couple dozen more arrows.
I can’t understand it, but the new sight has me shooting better than the old. A couple inches more sight radius?

we are very lucky to have such an exceptional facility. Their sporting clay course is particularly fun and really not that expensive

The clays side is about the only part I have not used. I bet it is great.

I bought myself a treat there last year. Heli gunner course, and it was over the top fun.

Cameo is the only 3D course I have shot and now I’m hooked.

Are there any other 3D courses near Western Colorado worth traveling for?

Not sure about any. I know the archery club, Grand mesa bowmen, put on a few 3D events yearly.

I have never shot clays, till Saturday up there. It sucked. Cause now I’m shopping for a clay specific gun. Or at least a new bbl for my M2. Fortunately no one else was up there to laugh at my rifle sight shotgun.

What a day. Ran one 3D loop, then both clays courses, then the pistol range.
