This was just sent to me while I was listening to a great podcast with Gene Wensel. I’ve been fortunate enough to work in this industry in various roles so I tend to be extremely critical of the products that get released. It never has to do with any product in particular but more so the second and third order consequences. We’ve all seen products in recent years get released that have made a lot of us just shake our heads. I understand completely that you CANNOT legislate morality. I’m fully aware that capitalism drives all and I will 100% stand beside all of that. I’m also all for finding wounded game and technological advancement wherever possible. This isn’t a slam on the first order goals of a product like this, but it just blows my mind that guys like Gene and Barry and all the guys who went before them that we all seem to idolize could flat out get it done while just keeping it simple. Maybe it’s the gray hairs that are catching up with me but you’d think that animals miraculously got impenetrable in the last 30 years.

Man, I was like, well I guess the guys that have 3" of extra arrows can try it, can't imagine what it will do to the arrow recovery out of the bow.

Wow. No wonder they claim same impact, they raise the front of the arrow up 3/16.

Hey if you can put a birthday song in a Hallmark card there’s got to be an application for that to be left behind by an arrow in a wound channel. A Metallica song that lead you to their location? A Brahms lullaby that causes them to stop and lay down? breakaway chip fletch, you heard it here first- grin

i’ve never had the time to develop my pressurized helium Arrow idea. .... so when you shoot an animal, it break the seal you can follow the animals breathing by the Daffy duck sounds..... it will have to come with a warning on gut shots as nobody should ever Be subjected to hearing - and smelling- those crazy sounds.

Don’t tell me you guys havent Had some crazy ideas with your idle time on a hunt.....

@Beendare youre quickly moving down the path of the scent releasing arrow I saw a few years back lol Just fill it up with your favorite Tinks 69 and blast your neighboring oak as square as can be. Could be a good niche for all these cinder block broadheads haha

I like that idea......

but of course it would need to be tested, one would hate to have all that sent released in their face on the release.
