Food bag for backpacking in grizzly country

Quick question for all you backpackers in g-bear country, how big is the bag that you use to hang your food in?

My wife and I are working on some diy sewing projects and I’m thinking 12x16 but I’m unsure if that is too small for 2-4 day trips!

I don’t know the exact dimensions but a sea to summit 20 liter dry bag holds about 6 days of food for me.
