FNG trying to buy a chassis

FNG from New York, mostly do a lot of upland bird hunting for grouse and woodcock but am building a bolt action .223 varmint rig. Saw @Vic vinegar chassis listed on here and of course I’m not authorized to PM anyone yet. Working on jumping through the hoops but waiting 7 days is going to be the worst. Vic if you’re out there and you can hear me blink twice (or reply) I want to buy your chassis
