Yea I researched this site for a few days debating which caliber I wanted to go with. Started out with a 7mm Backcountry and even ordered some ammo, dies, headspace gauges, and a few other things for it. Then last minute swapped over to the 6.8 Western. Now I'm looking to off load the last few things I got so for a 7mm BC to finish swapping to the 6.8.
I was going to do a modernized 270 win, but after much debate was just not going to work. With the bullets I want to run and perf I want. I was seating them out to 3.5ish COAL and that just wont work for a Tikka. I would have to single feed and Im not looking to do that.
