Hello, been lurking for a bit. I'm turning 40 next year and recently got the itch to start hunting. Got my safety class and a duck tag so far. Plan to do some sort of deer hunting next season. Not great hunting where I live so Im still trying to figure out how to go about hunting out of state.

I'm basically a sponge at this point. Just sucking up all the info I can.

Next year could be pretty good, we basically did not have a rifle season this year due to the fires.
