Hey guys, wanted a 2nd option. My buddy who’s an experienced local and from MT had invited me on his permit to do from mile 25-10 (roundup to johnsrud) I’ll be on my own boat with frame and oars. Problem is I’m not experienced, I’ve been with him on both the BF and Clark . I have also river rafted but never the wheel man that I can recall. Anyway it looks and sounds pretty safe . The first day is long and he said I should have a good handle on the boat the first day and for sure by the time we hit Thibodeau rapids. Obviously we’ll stop and scout any thing more technical. Thoughts from your experienced guys? June 17th is the launch . Thank you.
