Flir scout II 640 thermal monocular

I've been looking for some reviews on this with not much luck, I also can't vouch for why this is so cheap compared to its MSRP. Even on some other sites it's still listed for around 2000

Looks like the two units that have such huge sales are very low refresh rates, so the movement will be very choppy. If rapid refresh isn’t a priority though, those are screaming deals!
