Anybody wearing their solitude/solitude 2.0 setup down into single digits? If so, how are you layering underneath?

I’ve worn mine down into the high 20s/low 30s with 200g black ovis leggings, 308 whitetail pants, 250g black ovis hoody, FL origin hoody. Was a super windy day and I was still plenty warm, but don’t think I would have been warm enough down in the teens or single digits.

Thoughts on wearing the above with adding a puffy jacket underneath for colder temps?

Alternative would be grabbing a Fanatic setup but would be nice to save that cash for other stuff.

I have the 1.0, it's not that warm and doesn't block any wind. I wear a heated vest, Marino and a puffy, then the Solutude.

I've read the 2.0 may block the wind, that would help.

I think the Unc would make the sleeves a little tight IMO. I've only owned the 1.0, though.

I have the Fanatic set, the Solitude set and the Stratus set. Fanatic is definitely the warmest of the 3, however, living in the Southeast, is kinda overkill. (N Georgia ) Haven’t used it in a couple of years. It is rare when it is too cold for the Stratus. I normally switch to the Solitude when temps drop to the mid 20s.

For stationary hunting, I think single digits would be pushing things in the Solitude. I have found that over layering can be counterproductive.

Firstlite is running a sale on the Sanctuary system. Sanctuary is good bit warmer than the Solitude.
