Fixing loud zippers

I like my Stone Glacier, but man are the zippers so damn loud in the woods when I open my pack. Side by side to a buddy's Exo, it's like yelling vs whispering.

Anyone come up with a solution to this? Everything that comes up is for quieting the zipper pulls making noise, nothing about the zipper itself being super loud in action.
