I run the swfa 10x on 2 separate rifles, and they’ve been great (much like the drop test shows).

With the 6x almost impossible to find, any reliable alternatives? 4x, 6x, 8x considered.

Thanks

I have a NIB SWFA SS 6x42 MQ that I would trade for a Trijicon TR21G. That's a 1-4 power with green post triangle reticle with 1" tube.

I know it's a long shot but gotta try.

Derailed….my real question is if there are other brand reliable fixed power scopes?

Probably not what you’re looking for, but I’ve had mostly good and reliable service out of Trijicon ACOGs. Mostly 4x but one 3.5x also.
Might be a bit goofy on a bolt rifle.

In my experience (YMMV):
Pro:
Easy to see reticle with a few hashmarks that mostly line up depending on cartridge.
Capped elevation and windage
Fairly durable after being thrashed around the most unforgiving environments and vehicles by 20 year old angry monkeys haha.

Cons:
Capped elevation?
Clicks can be faint
I’ve seen a few of them break, usually with the turrets bottoming out
Mounting system for a rail is critical. I’ve seen the issued mounts become loose and therefore you can hit anything
