FirstLite - is it truly quiet?

Anybody have firstlite gear and can confirm that it’s quiet as advertised? I bought a skre bundle because of the price and it appears to be good stuff but the hardscrabble pants and jacket are definitely noisy. I didn’t think quiet outer wear existed until I saw firstlite, is it true?

My hunting buddy calls my corrugate guide foundry pants my “loud pants”. The merino stuff is quiet though

I’ve used the obsidian merino pants and they are very quiet. However, they are notorious for ripping in the butt.

Depends on the particular piece. Nothing made of nylon is going to be quiet.

Obsidians quiet. Corrugate Foundary LOUD as hell. I just got some kuiu attacks and they’re way better but tight in the hips and thigh area. Can’t win I guess.

In terms of pants, the original Obsidian pant is extremely quiet but not particularly durable and the fit is awful (I'm tall and skinny). The Obsidian Foundry has just enough of the loud fabric on the butt to where it swooshes when I walk, so those were returned.

The only other piece of FL I've owned for enough time to comment is the Unspellable Original Vest and the Unspellable 2.0 Jacket. Both are loud puffy layers, but I'm not wearing these on a final approach in September.

Corrugate guide pants are super loud and feel like old school windbreaker pants. I sold them immediately.

I do like their base layer merino.

IMO the uncomphagre is quiet enough to bowhunt in with a light wind. It's not traditional loud slippery noise of nylon puffy jackets.

totally depends on what piece--some quiet, some medium, some very loud. As above, obsidian pants are quiet. I have 2pair, I feel like the older pair fits me better, while the newer pair is "fine" but seems to have kind of a semi-skinny-jeans type fit. (34x34 jeans so also tall and skinny). My wife has a couple pair of the nylon pants that, while they arent hard-shell loud, are loud as hell compared to my wool pants. I wont own a pair for this reason since I have other good options and most of my WT hunting involves getting close. She also has a uncompahgre hoody that is sort of halfway between quiet and hard-shell-loud--it's better than hard-face nylon, but it's not what I would call "tree stand hunting on a calm day quiet".
I have a pair of their super heavy whitetail bibs--sactuary 2.0 I think--they are massively bulky, way too big to carry in my opinion, but they are very warm and yes, they are quiet enough for tree-stand type hunting within spitting distance of a deer. I think legit quiet for treestand hunting apparel that is very warm and also packs small is near impossible to find--have yet to find anything in this category from any manufacturer.
I also have a uninsulated catalyst jacket that I like. To me this is a good, versatile layering piece I can use for a variety of types of hunting, and yes, it is quiet enough to keep me happy in the tree stand. both of the above 2 pieces probably arent quite as quiet as the fleece type clothes, but I get so covered in burrs and snowballs in the fleece that I prefer this stuff.

I never noticed the corrigate guides being noisy until this year...now I can't unhear them and probably won't wear them anymore during archery.

I wear Corrugate Guide pants and think they're very quiet...and durable.
I just saw the post about a Nalgene baffle to quiet the sloshing and think that's much more of an upgrade than switching out of my Firstlite Corrugates.
