I want to thank everyone that replied. Hunt is getting closer and excitement is building. I have acquired some new clothes from Kuiu based on your recommendations. I am now a believer, they work well here in VA even with the humidity. The rifle, .257 Roberts. is dialed in and I feel confident out to 300 yards. We don't get shots like that here in the Appalachians. I talked to the outfitter, he said we would be hunting unit 18 and there is a good chance of seeing upper 70s bucks. He asked how I felt about rattlesnakes. I told him I had never seen one while hunting. He said, "You won't be able to say that when you get home."
