In order of preference and reason:
1) Kanab 2.0: Regulates temps very well, quiet, comfortable, and don't smell after several days of hunting. Pair this with a good base layer and you can hunt when it is 30 degrees, as long as it is not too windy.
2) Uncompahgre jacket: Windproof, warm, and it packs down real small so I have no problems carrying it in my pack.
3) Llano long-sleeve crew: The perfect base layer top. Once it goes on, there is no need to take it off until the hunt is over.
Things that I just bought that will get me killed once my wife finds out:
1) Corrugate Guide pants: Because as much as I love the Kanabs, they are not indestructible.
2) North Branch pants: Because 30+ mph winds and freezing temps can make for a very miserable hunt at 10,000 plus feet. I'm gonna try them this fall and winter hunting whitetails as well.
3) Chama hoody: Because I just wanted it and being cold just sucks.
