First lite furnace zip off long john

I'm looking at buying the furnace zip off long john and can't decide between small and meduim. I'm 6' 2" and 180lbs. I'm usually around 31x34 for pants. Worried small will be too short of inseam(30-32 on sizing chart) and meduim will be too big on the waist (33-35). Does anyone have personal experience that could help? Thank you in advance!

I have a different set of first lite long johns and medium fits me perfectly. I'm a 32 x 32. I would choose the medium based on your measurements.

I am 6'2" and 170. The mediums I bought arrived last night and fit great/ maybe a little short. I wear a 32" waist.

I'm 5-10 and my mediums are a little long...

But I still really like them. I'm used to base layer pants being a little long.
