I got my Furnace QZ in today (XL) and it fits great. I'm 6'4" 240lbs and the longer body and sleeve length is very welcome. My Corrugate jacket and Kiln hoody arrive tomorrow and can't wait to try them out.

Got my Catalyst jacket and it fits perfect. I think they got the sizing dialed in. My Kuiu guide jacket in XXL fits good in the chest and shoulder area but then the sleeves are a little long. First impression of the Catalyst is the material is quieter than the Kuiu guide also. I also like that the sleeves are more snug on the Catalyst. I shot my bow a couple times with it on and it felt good. Nothing was in the way from the jacket.

I received my order today. First impression of the kiln hoody was way better fit than chama. My sawtooth in xl fits much tighter than my previous across the shoulders where the material changes, hopefully that stretches out a bit. my catalyst jacket and pants fit great. The pants are super comfortable and easy to move in. My only question was if anyone else noticed how easy it was to blow air through the material of the catalyst? I thought it was supposed to be mostly wind resistant, but I'm questioning that.

Did they discontinue the short sleeve versions of their base layers? Can’t find them anywhere on their site.

It was listed monday when I made my order, but was out of stock.
It's not listed today on the website.
I imagine they pulled it off the website until they get them in stock; since they sent out the email and are most likely experiencing a floor of orders and questions, might as well hide the products that are still not stocked during the flood of orders.

This could explain why my short sleeve aerowool hasn't shipped yet.

Got my order yesterday. Klamath Hoodie and the wick boot top base layers yesterday.
No clue how the base layer is going to work out, but the Klamath hoodie is FANTASTIC! I used to love my Chama hoodie before it stretched out.....this is WAY better.

I also noted neither of my short sleeve Wick pieces were with my shipment. One of them in Cipher, so I knew that was delayed, but expected to see the solid color with my order. Chatted with Nate yesterday and was advised that they (the worker bees) were notified this week that the solid's were slightly delayed as well. . unfortunately. Not sure if it's a production issue or quality issue. Don't care, as long as it's right when it gets in my hands. He was adamant that all would be in my hands well in time for mid Aug scouting.

Just got my kiln, klamath and corrugate jacket, they all fit great. Only one question, the kiln colors seem to be a little darker the the klamath and corrugate, is this normal?

Ok so I just washed my new first lite camo, and my kiln hoodie has a really bad smell but my klamath and corrugate jacket smell like nothing. Anyone else experience this?

Merino always smells when new and wet... it'll go away eventually.

Well my preorder came, half of it at least. Didn’t get an email notification that the other half wasn’t shipped or that any of it shipped at all. No wick short sleeve or long sleeve fusion available. FL says hopefully by mid agust. 6 month wait seems a little crazy, especially since it’s been paid for.

Its amazing that they are staying afloat with the supply problems they have. They better do something fast because this is will get old fast.

Did anyone order the Catalyst or SEAK pants? How was the fit and length? I usually order tall and wondering what the length will be like on these two since they don’t offer the tall.

I was talking with FL customer service last week and they told me the delay on the camo aerowool was due to the camo print somehow not being up to quality standards. I assume they had to get that figured out and that’s why the delay. I didn’t ask about solid colors though.

I received my Wick boxer briefs (conifer) and Kiln boxer briefs (dry earth) earlier this week. The other half of my order Wick short sleeve t-shirt (dry earth) and Uncompahgre pants (dry earth) did not ship.

I already gave the Wick briefs a good stink test. 3 days with riding my bike to/from work, a barbell routine, and some auxiliary stuff in Texas heat. They pass the stink test. They are a very soft blend, only time will tell if the new blend is more durable for me. I expected these to become my new standard for boxer briefs but the I think the fit will hold them back (looser than I like). Of course fit is a personal preference. I'm wearing the Kiln boxer briefs today. The Merino-X fabric feels great. I can imagine the Chama replacement will be a must have item. That said, these boxer briefs have excess material on the hips (for me), so not as tight fitting and streamlined as I prefer for a baselayer. Maybe I should size down in both pieces. (I'm a 30" waist and bought size Medium.)

I got part of my order in as well. I received my Furnace in Fusion. It is a very nice piece, it is thick like a sweatshirt. it will be nice when it is cold out and I have a chance to try it out. It fits as it should and the sticking looks much better than their earlier pieces. Double stitched around the wrists whereas before it was single stitched and would always come apart. Much better quality at first look.

Anybody get the corrugate? Opinions? Particularly interested in the breathability of it?
