Would love to hear from guys who have used Fimco sprayers in the past. They seem priced right, but reviews seem to be hit or miss with lots of report of leaks and bad pumps. Others say they're the greatest. Thoughts?

I've got one. I picked it up used at an auction for a good price. It has been good to me for a couple years. You can find replacement parts online fairly easy. I'd say if you get one for a good price its worth it.

Thanks for the feedback, with herbicide prices and fuel the way they are trying to find something of decent quality that won't breakdown at the farm.

I read the same reviews as you probably did and was hesitant to pull the trigger on one for the price.

I ended up buying a ‘Guide Gear’ sprayer for the back of my ATV and it has worked great for three years running.

I’ve sprayed probably hundreds of acres with them at this point, probably to the point that the only part original one mine are the tanks themselves. Work well, tons of parts on Amazon or at your local farm supply store, easy to work on and well suited for most needs.

26 gallon Guide Gear has 14' coverage, is imported and on sale for $240.
25 gallon boomless broadcast Fimco has 30' coverage, is made in USA (North Sioux City, SD) and is $444 at Menards after rebate. I got about $180 in rebates coming, so I think I'll be going with the Fimco.
