What is the deal with these bullets? I have listened to podcasts and read articles about these bullets and I have never seen a box of these anywhere and I have been looking.

Edit… I see you are looking for bullets, not loaded ammo

What caliber are you looking for ? I’ve seen a bunch of 308 and 300wm

As a component bullet you mean? They are in loaded ammo a lot.

By the price they get for the loaded ammo, I could see why they would prioritize that over component bullet sales..

That ain’t no freaking lie! For as much as that ammo costs you’d expect it to shoot better than it does. We tested the 308 stuff and weren’t impressed

Interesting. I shoot the 200gr’s out of my .300wm and don’t know if I could reload a round that would shoot as well. I could certainly reload a round that would shoot for a lot cheaper tho lol

They shoot decent out of my 300 WM, but shoot lights out from my buddy’s. Local Sportsman’s has them in stock more than any other factory loaded round.

I had the same results, they shoot great in my 300 win, and ok in my 308.

I have not shot anything with either.

Yeah I’m talking about the 308 line and I guess I should have qualified that.

They shot ok but not great. They were out performed by every other brand (there were three others) we tested. Was the accuracy acceptable for most people? Yeah sure, just not what we were looking for.

Early Covid I found a handful of boxes as the local Bob Ward's, in 300wsm. After that I had to wait ages until I could find some online and haven't seen them at local places since.

Tested about 5 different factory rounds and the Terminal Ascent 200gr was clearly the most accurate, with the 180gr Federal non-lead bullet being second (don't remember which). It was so interesting to see how each rifle really does make a big difference. For my deer gun, the Hornady Superformance is awesome yet the Hornady's were over 1moa on the 300wsm.

I’d love to get my hands on some. I love the bullet design. I had some factory loaded in 6.5 PRC and they shot really well.
