Recoil is a combination of bullet weight and velocity, plus powder mass used (powder is an "ejecta" imparting recoil force). This means 6.5CM peak+ will be higher than standard 6.5CM, but below 6.5 PRC recoil.
To crunch some ballpark numbers for a 9 lb gun:
6.5 CM + 153 TMK at 2600 with 43 gr = 13.2 lb recoil
6.5 CM Peak+ 153 TMK at 2900 with 50 gr (assumes 10% increase) powder = 17 lbs recoil
6.5PRC 153 TMK at 2850 with 60 gr powder (max load) = 19 lbs recoil
