Favorite weightlifting programs

If you're still a beginner to intermediate (3 months-3 years), I'd look at Jeff Nippard's Focus Hypertrophy. If you're intermediate-advance, his upper lower size and strength, and powerbuilding programs are great. Add in cardio a few times a week and you will be very strong and in shape.

Put on a lot of strength and size following his programs.

Hard to Kill Fitness. I did the elite operator plan about 5 years ago as my first real formalized workout program to get into better shape and boy did it work. Covers lots of bases from compound movements and calisthenics to rucking and sprint work. It’s not that pricey either 12 week plan for like $50. If you stick to that program you will definitely get stronger and in better shape

If you want to get big and strong, Super Squats is the way to go. Extremely intense program and requires a lot of food (and milk) but I set all my current PR lifts after working through SS (and a brief rest week before the attempts).

I agree. Jeff Nippard puts together good plans with good teaching for safe and effective lifting.

I've used this one and liked it: https://jeffnippard.com/products/fundamentals-hypertrophy-program

I'm considering this one: https://jeffnippard.com/products/the-essentials-program

I like to try different things but always come back to 5/3/1. There's also a big emphasis on conditioning. I like following prescribed numbers and not having to put a ton of thought and effort into each session.

I’m liking the program in the book Deadlift Dynamite currently
Other than that I do a lot of A+A kettlebell snatches.
