Jeff Nippard puts together good plans with good teaching for safe and effective lifting.If you're still a beginner to intermediate (3 months-3 years), I'd look at Jeff Nippard's Focus Hypertrophy. If you're intermediate-advance, his upper lower size and strength, and powerbuilding programs are great. Add in cardio a few times a week and you will be very strong and in shape.
Put on a lot of strength and size following his programs.
