Favorite non-camo hunting pants.

Same here with the wrangler and Eddie Bauer guide pants, the seams on the back pocket have failed on most of mine but I wear them almost every day. Here’s what I usually use:

Durable: Kuiu kutana or Kuiu brush
Cheap: wrangler
All-around: Kuiu attack
Casual without cargo pockets: Prana Brion, I wear these every day to the office

I am a big fan of the Sitka Ascent pants for warmer weather, Sitka Mountain Pant for mid season and Sitka Timberline for snowy and later season applications.

With that said, the new Outdoor Vitals Altura pants show a ton of promise. Time will tell, but I just got my first pair and am so impressed I ordered a second pair. As they were just released, I am unsure how they will last, but the folks who were field trialing them were very impressed with how they lasted in hours and hours of use in legit hunting conditions.

Outdoor research ferrosi performed well on my most recent elk hunt. Fabric is insanely light which worked in my favor as I run hot. I also have a pair of prana zions that have seen an unreal amount of abuse over about a 4 year period. Many people said the ATGs in here, but I don't know if it was just early versions or if I got lemons but every pair that I had blew out stiches particularly in back pockets which I use considerably so I wouldn't use them again. Also I hate the cut of them, but when you're 5'4 and 170 with thick thighs straight leg pants just aren't your cup of tea.
