I live in NM so we have heat, but not the humidity of the south, but I have used both Free Fly's lightweight Hoodie and the Sitka Equinox Guard Hoodie for tops and the Kuiu Tiburon and Stone Glacier DeHavilland Lite for bottoms.
The Free Fly feels great against the skin, keeps the sun off, and can be worn multiple days before it starts to stink. However it takes a long time to dry IMO. It also doesn't stop mosquitoes at all, so those two things alone are what got me to try the Equinox Guard from Sitka. I hate the next to skin feel of it when I start sweating. To me it feels like wearing a plastic grocery sack. It does dry pretty quick and it has a face mask and large 1/2 zip to help with drying. Because it's synthetic, it works up a stink pretty quick, but I do believe the technology significantly reduces (can't say it completely eliminates because I don't run into mosquitoes unless it's a really wet year) mosquito bites. I would also say that the Sitka hoodie is pretty fragile. I have a few small holes in mine from not terribly hard use.
I have also tried one of the GoHunt sun hoodies, but it is way to thick of a material for me to wear early season or recommend for your conditions. It is really comfortable and I believe they've since dropped a lighter weight sun hoodie, but don't quote me on that.
For bottoms, I like the Tiburon for weight and breathability. Only complaint is no ability to add knee pads (really like those for antelope hunts)
The SG Dehavilland Lite pants are a bit heavy IMO for anything active hunts over 75*, but they have huge thigh vents and have and adjustable waist as well as ability to add knee pads.
I think there are some solid options available as far as the SG 206 pant, Sitka Interceptor pant, and Prana Stretch Zion, but I have no personal experience with them.
