Monday night weigh in, week 4, 200.5, down 2 pounds from last week and 10 over all. Probably won’t hit 195 by the 25th but if I can break 200 I’ll be perfectly happy.
down to 224, squat and deadlift are up, upped pack weight from 30 to 50lbs this week for 2x/week hikes

Back on the right track, almost surprisingly. Next week will be challenge, traveling again and have a golf tournament Thursday and another Saturday-Sunday. The beers will be plentiful.
