Fasting

I'm at 68 and some
@AlabamaMountainMan fast broke @ 67 hours. I forgot I had to give blood today....had a few small watermelon cubes after......SMH.
Didn't get to update this morning as I got busy at work, but I'm at hour 68 and some change now. I'm going to finish it out, but admittedly, I am not enjoying today. The water and coffee caught up to me late last night, and without going into unnecessary details, I have had to spend a lot of time in the restroom which has really left me drained and lethargic. I definitely enjoyed up to hour 48, especially the 24-48 time frame, but the 50ish to current has not been pleasant. Still glad I did it as it's another mental toughness boost that I definitely needed. It really helped realign my thoughts and feelings on "am I truly hungry, or am I bored?". I think I have more 48s in my future, and definitely think I am going to do some frequent 36's + OMAD like I used to. I'll probably redo the 72 a few times a year and see if I can avoid the toilet issues. My wife has mentioned doing it monthly so I'll likely redo it next month.

To answer your original question, yes to all the above.

I started out with going 16/8...which is basically skipping breakfast.

Been I.F. for about 3+ years now and have increased my fasting time and have thrown in an occasional 24 hour fast.

If I fast too long, I found it hard to get in enough protein and keep my macros in check. Not enough time in the day to eat!!!
