Fastest Military Crimp Removal

Rcbs 90386 military crimp remover works well mounted in a prep station

This is what I use on my Frankfort Arsenal case prep center to remove the crimp when converting 5.56 brass to blackout brass.

I as well use the Frankfurt Arsenal case prep center but just use the inside neck chamfer bit to cut the crimp. It's fast, but hard on the hands.

I put a 5/8ths counter sink bit in my press and go to town. About 1.5 seconds and crimp is gone. Might not be the right way but works for me. I have had no problems with this method In loading them or the thousands I have fired.

I use a Lyman case prep center inside neck chamfer works easy and fast.
