H4350, CCI 200. Using an instrumental chronograph out in front, but it has been pretty spot on when I plug that velocity into the calculator to tune. Only 100 rds on the barrel.
What brass? My first 25 creedmoor was slow, 40ish gr of h4350 was max charge giving me 2820fps in a 26” barrel.

I switched to N555 which is slower burning than h4350 and was able to get 2920fps. You might consider trying RL16 or N555 if you “need” a little more velocity.

My current barrel with supposedly the same reamer can take 42.0gr of H4350 and is an easy 2915fps (26” barrel). No idea why..but if you’re maxed out at 39.0gr of H4350 you may be able to squeeze some more velocity with a slower burning powder that still gives good energy.

Peterson brass. I figure I'll put a couple hundred rounds through it and see what happens, I might try another powder but it would be hard to sell me because right now it seems to repeatedly put 10 shots under .75" either naked or suppressed. Once I torch the brass I might get western and punch it out to a 25-284.

Where would you recommend starting at with N555 in 25 Creedmoor ?

Anyone have any Hornady 134 data for 25-06 (or AI)? When I asked they weren’t very helpful…

Probably going to order some 145 Black Holes as well dependent on availability.

Hornady doesn't even list the 134 on their reloading app as a bullet weight option for the .25-06. Also, they don't plan to add 25 Creed to their reloading app any time soon, and probably not until (if) it gets SAAMI approved. However, I have attached the reloading data for the Berger 133 and 135, and you should be able to use this as a guide.

Whatever Berger recommended in their load data to be safe.

I’ve loaded n555 in 4 different creedmoor cases/rifles and generally I can load 1-2gr more of n555 than h4350 for the same bullet, and end up with 50-100fps more velocity on the top end
I found that to be pretty much spot on based upon 60-80 rounds of testing. Great ES/SD with N555, but never found consistent accuracy with it, H4350 or RL 15.5. After probably 140-150 rounds total - I threw in the towel and screwed a 6 BRA barrel on in place of it. 🙁

Bummer. What bullets did you try? My two barrels have been painless but you never know until you start shooting them..

Started with 133 Elites and 135 hybrids - the 135's were better from the start, still not good though. I think I have the only one that won't shoot great LOL

Collected some data on the 25-284 today.

22" McGowen #3 with 1:7.5 twist
Lapua brass, CCI 200, 134 ELDM, 54.5 grns H1000, and OAL of 3.14.

Avg (6 shots)- 2820
SD- 9
ES- 25

Round count is 35, and I'm hoping it speeds up with a top end around 2900.

Groups have been very good when I don't screw it up. LOL!

Shot 5- 3 shot groups on the same target to allow the barrel to stay cool. First 2 were great and they started opening up when I got pissed at the Magneto and wind blowing my target around and lost focus.
