F350/3500 (Chevy) vs F450 need these in a 4x4 and using mud grips year round? Opinions

I've been looking at gas 350/3500's a while now. A guy that does some work for me runs f450's. He's not running mud grips on anything he has. I run mud grips year round. I like the turning radius of that f450. I don't need a dually, I generally get where I'm hunting and fishing and offload the can am sxs.
