How do you secure a bow to the pack?

I have not tried to secure a bow to the pack, only a rifle so far. Perhaps others who are more familiar with using the K4 for archery hunting can chime in on that.

I just strap it under the sight and then under the quiver and over the strings.

I don’t think there’s a perfect way to do it. But if you use durable stuff, you can cinch it pretty tight with no damage or shift of the sight.

I should have clarified. I was under the impression by comments here the pack doesn’t have straps going across it. Just on the side pouches.

It has two straps on each side and two across the front of it.

They have enough straps when you install the load sling also that they get all confused trying to strap stuff on, or maybe that is the operator that gets confused:)

I know some people here know the answer to my question

How quick/easy is it to swap out stays?

The more I use the k4, the more I appreciate it, this past week I packed another 2 whole bucks (quarter bone in) in mine, one was just over 6.5 miles with a pretty big stretch of very steep sketchy downhill without trekking poles, and thank goodness the k4 locks in so well that the load stays tight and secure to my back… I was stressing that section with a heavy load, but it was pretty uneventful. Also so easy to load meat with… exo has always been the most intuitive to load meat with, which is nice when you’re tired and ready to get moving

It’s very quick and easy to switch them. You will have to adjust your shoulder straps as well, but again, that’s super quick and easy to do.

Really difficult the first time you do it. Really simple and quick every time you do it there after.

Looking at snagging a K4. Does Exo ever run sales?
Good timing to ask...

The only public sale we run each year is generally during that week of Thanksgiving. This year, we will be launching a site-wide discount on the Monday before Thanksgiving, November 25. I have been considering trying to get you guys, the Rokslide crew, set up with early access for that — so it'd be good to hear if that's something you guys would like.

Additionally, we offer an everyday 10% discount for MIL, LE, and other professional in-the-field first responders. Yesterday, for Veteran's Day, we decided to double that discount to 20% for this week only. If you are already set up in our system, you should have received an email about that. If you are a MIL service member or veteran, or a professional first responder and would like to get set up for that discount, please email proof of service/employment to: [email protected]

Sweet thank you! Also thank you for the in shop assistance a couple weeks ago when I popped in. 😎
