I had the privilege to go into EXO Mountain Gear recently to purchase a smaller hip belt for my EXO K4 backpack. I must admit that I was a little star struck to have the owner Steve Speck work on my pack. This being my 4th EXO pack, I learned that I have been doing it all wrong! He quickly adjusted my pack to fit me correctly, and explained the reasoning for what he was doing. What a great product! Absolute great service! Don't hesitate to go with EXO when you purchase your next pack...

Definitely agree, their customer service and products are great! They helped me choose the proper size on my K3 years back and were very quick at sending me a replacement bag clip when I accidentally broke one.
