Apologies if you've seen this in the mulie and antelope page too. Trying to hit all potential groups that may have info. I'm curious if anyone has hunted Norman Ranch, outfitted by Melvin (Mel) Norman and his wife, near Craig Colorado in GMUs 003, 004, and 301. My buddy and I booked a semi-guided hunt with them for antelope via Sportman's Logistics, but they also outfit mule deer and elk. So far everything has been pretty smooth, and I've been able to contact Mel and his wife, but getting information from them has been a little challenging. In talking to them, they seem like great people, but I have a good suspicion they are pretty elderly and getting them to follow through on my info requests have been difficult. Mel can't hear all that well and usually gives his phone to his wife to talk. All I've been trying to get from them lately is the address where I can meet them a couple days before the hunt so they can show me around the property, and a map or something of the property where I'll be hunting so that I can do a little e-scouting leading up to the season. Texted and called a couple times with no info passed my way yet.
