Elk Shed Scoring Width

I know scoring animals is a pointless endeavor but I am curious as to what people factor in for width when scoring elk sheds. I found a shed that measured 157 and 2/8” and I’m curious what width you would use for a shed of that size. It has a 55 6/8” main beam.

General rule of thumb me and buddies use when we find a set that is mature is 36”. Killed an 290” bull this year and he was a pretty narrow sucker like 29” and my biggest bull was 49” inside spread;

all that said we split the difference on the more conservative side
