Elk liver - how long does it keep frozen

Assuming it was vac sealed, how long do you think it is good in a freezer?

I will say. Elk liver is the best liver I have eaten. As far as how long it will last in the freezer....FOREVER

The meateater guys just talked about this. Don’t listen to it if your really attached to this particular liver in your freezer
