Elk hunt next year and game processing.

I have a hunt next year out of Dubois, Wyoming.
Has anyone used and can recommend a game processor between Dubois and Casper?
So far my list includes Wykota in Pavillion, Dan’s in Evansville and Pat’s in Mills.
If you have input on any of these that’d be great. It sounds like Dan’s fills up quick.

I used a processor in Wheatland, WY and they did a excellent job, the meat was the best tasting ever.

I’ve used Hs myself. Long ways from Dubois and Casper though.
