Elk game bag size

Complete newbie question. Going on my first elk hunt. This is an outfitter hunt, he suggests Kuiu game bags (actually Kuiu everything ). The Black ovis bags are less than half the price but just a little bit smaller. 23.5x42.5 vs 21x38. Is 21x38 big enough for elk quarters?

Thanks, I went ahead and bought the black ovis bags too. Hard to beat $11.25 each when the outfitter says to bring 8.

Black Ovis bags are fine, size would depend if he’s planning on deboning the quarters or leaving them whole. I’ve always deboned and used smaller bags.
