Intrigue about the Elite Omnia has gotten a hold of me after shooting one in November. So much so that I ordered one in 70lb and my wife, @KickinNDishin ordered one in 60lb (to be shot at ~54lbs). They arrived in the last handful of days. We should have the full review ready for publishing by June after Cold Bow Challenge completion, score comparison to our past 3D and 300 spot leagues, and overall evaluation.

What do you want to see in this review?

RMSGear ( rmsgear.com ) was able to get us setup once the bows arrived as follows:

One thing that I have already started compiling data on how draw length can be affected on the SP cam via its 70-90% let off Micro Mod feature and being set up as a limb stop versus cable stop. After a short time tinkering and measuring, it is apparent that a single draw length can be achieved in more than a few ways depending on the archer's desired back wall feel and let off. Velocity with various draw lengths/weights and arrow weights will of course be gathered. An order has been placed for Elite's Era, and it should be delivered about late May for a mid-summer separate review release.

Our kid named my tan Omnia Odie, and I was able get him out to the range today. An eyeballed setup yielded good enough paper tears for me to get my sight pins set and ready to broadhead tune.

I brought COVID home from a convention in CA, so @KickinNDishin is on the peak of sickness and wasn't able to make it. No name for her bow yet.

I shot my Reckoning 30-31" depending on what I was playing around with. I am shooting this Omnia at 30 5/8". My pierce are 250s throat to carbon is about 28", throat to back of point is 29" I have Ethics steel collar with aluminum post at 110gr, and with 125gr points I am about 544gr total arrow weights.

@KickinNDishin has been using a 400 pierce 24" to carbon and 25" to the point. Her draw length is right at 25 1/2" and 54ish draw weight. She has Ethics steel post and steel collar with a total arrow weight of about 510gr.

Her arrows are slow but I am sure they would buzz through an elk. She has some RIP XV ordered in a 400 spine and she will be using the aluminum post steel collar from Ethics. Depending on how we cut those inserts, arrow length, 100/125 points, I think we can land anywhere from 335 to 400 grains which should get her 240fps to 270fps for pronghorn. A big step up from 190fps.

Those Vtac23 arrows are a 380 spine with glue in target points right now. My intention with those is to get velocity with mine at as close to 5grains per pound as I dare, see how the SET tunes out an underspined arrow from my bow, and overspined from her bow, and then save some for trying to win shop money in league.

@homebru.trout hooked up the chronograph.

https://ethicsarchery.com/ sent over a code for Roksliders--> Rokslide10

I am running through velocity for 30", 28.5", 27", 25.5" on both the smooth and performance mods. Arrow weights 550gr, 454gr, 368gr, and draw weights of 70.56, 66.7, 63.02 on the 70lb version, 61.14, 57.15, 53.33 on the 60lb version.

Taking specific draw length/draw weight requests as I will probably change over to new strings this week.

Impressed with the performance of the Omnia. Changing bow strings this week. Judging by Kyle's 70 yard elk shots, he is liking his Omnia as well.

My first bow was an Elite Energy 35 which I sold a year after I got it and went to a Mathews bow and regret selling the 35. Your review on the Omnia has me intrigued. I appreciate the time and effort you have put into the review it answered alot of my ?'s.
