There are people who will whine about "not my president" no matter which party is in office, the post will age like fine wine.

Signs mean nothing.

Politics doesn't change. The democrats control the major metropolitan areas. The republicans, or more importantly, the independents dominate lesser populated areas. Elections are won in the cities. Always have been always will be. All you have to look at the county breakdowns in all the states.
