EL vs SLC vs EL Swarovision

ANy advice and are the price differences worth it? Which is everyones favorite?

Lots seem to like the SLC. Both the regular el and SLC are around 1700 on euro optic. ANy other opinions

I went with the SLC. I'm too much of a rookie to distinguish the glass but the ergonomics of the SLC is what helped make my decision. Cant go wrong with either. Just get a feel for both

I prefer the EL SV over the SLC, it is kind of like boots etc, you really have to see what your eyes like but in the end you will not be disappointed either way.

I will say this, the SLC HD has two big positives outside of the optics going for it:
1) price
2) tripod stud threads, no spending another 100+ to mount it to a tripod like you have to do to the EL.

You can't go wrong with the SLC. I would suggest getting the ELs and SLC together and let your eyes tell you.

My buddy and I both went on the same day and looked at them at our local Sportsmans Warehouse. I bought SLCs and he bought ELs. You literally have to look through both to choose.

I "ONLY" own 1 pair of SLC's and 1 pair of EL's and I like the SLC's better but I've had my eyes laser zapped so I see things differently. Look through them both for yourself and then make the decision. You can't go wrong with either one.

I use SLC HD but have not tried the El. The price got me.

I've got the 10x42 EL w/SV and couldn't be happier with them, incredible glass and ergos that work better for me than the SLC's.

Both great binos no doubt, but for me it as worth paying the extra dough.
