Eddie bauer Sandstone jacket

Just saw Eddie bauer is offering their Sandstone softshell jacket in camo now. I used the original a couple years ago in Russia on a sheep hunt and its the best softshell I have used for high output so far. It has a light liner but not a fleece layer so I don't cook while climbing mountains, plus it packs down small compared to the traditional softshells.

I just noticed this myself, came to see if it was chatted on RS at all. Not the greatest colors but not bad either.

The grey blends in really well in alpine areas. My blue heeler is the same color and he disappears in the river bottoms and rocky outcrops of mtns

I have the sandstone vest and wear it around town a lot. I like it. Adds a little warmth and cuts the wind well. I see the jackets are on sale for $60 right now. Pretty hard to go wrong at that price.
