Looking to get a ebike trailer & I see some single tire options with a shock or 2 wheel options curious what you guys use or recommend? Thanks

first you have to figure out how you are going to attach the trailer to the bike. My bob trailer fits on to a skewer that goes thru the axle. but you have to have the correct axle. This is on a regular bike, not an ebike.

Mine is a regular bike converted to being an ebike so maybe the dropouts are bigger or something, but it attaches under the QD for the rear axle. Its a re purposed child carrier (2 wheels). Supposedly will hold 100lbs. Ive had probably 60lbs in it with obviously no issues.
Keep an eye on craigslist. Mine went for close to $350 new and I bought it off CL FOR $40. Was mint too! Also like that it's fully covered if wanted. Was a rainy weekend the first time i used in elk season. All my stuff in the trailer stayed dry.

I have probably pulled a dozen bulls out on my bicycle. The one thing to keep in mind is, you are not going to overload the trailer, but you can overload the brakes of your bike. you don't want to blow a curve on a heavily loaded bike.

this set up pictured has worked for me, 2 racks, frame bag, pogies, night light and trailer.

which model is that one and is it the 70 or 100 lb capacity thanks

I've seen e-bikes for hunting mentioned a lot lately. I'm just wondering if people realize that ebikes are considered MOTORIZED VEHICLES just like a dirtbike on Forest Service land. I can still see them being useful to use on motorized trails because they are light and quiet, but it seems likes ebikes are being marketed as a way to travel routes that are closed to motorized use.

The Quiet Kat or Rambo cart will probably be your best bet.

They are most definalty illegal behind gated forest service roads, i have been investaged for using ebikes behind gates. jealous hunters turn you in, and then you have to show the bike to the cops. And i don't even own an ebike.

I believe it is the ibex or yak. But it is a bob trailer brand. i don' know weight limit. I just know 2 elk rear quarters are about all my brakes can handle, but the trailer can hold more, but it is heavy. I did add a basic bike kick stand to the bob trailer. weight limit with the bob is not an issue, if you can peddle it or stop it , it will hold it.

Yep crazy stupid what's 750 watts of power going to hurt with fat tires that don't hardly even make a track?? Other than people just can't share they like to fight they hike 3hrs they want to be the ONLY one up there. But yet you can take a wazoo $5,000 full suspension mtn bike haul ass slide your tires bank around corners throw crap tare up the trail & bring 20 of your friends & it's legal. I've had many a stand spoiled by hikers, mtn bikes, dirt bikes ect but that's just the nature of public land I don't bitch I move on i'm just glad peeps are out enjoying it.
